Power Cables for Motors (EU)
Technical data of motor power cables depend on the cable material. US cables have different data from EU cables. Particular differences include:
- temperature range
- cable diameter
- bending radius
- insulation material
It is strongly recommended to use cables configured by Kollmorgen to avoid bad contacts, wrong pinout and EMC problems.
Configured Power Cables (EU)
Kollmorgen delivers mating connectors as well as configured cables in various lengths with mounted mating connectors.
Cables with installed connectors on both cable ends are used for motors with connectors.
Cables with wire end ferrules are used on the cable's motor end for motors with terminal box. On the amplifiers end the used connectors are installed with shield connection measures.

Technical Data
The table describes the minimum requirements which the European Kollmorgen cables comply with. Single data of the delivered cables can be better than the data given below, but they will never be worse.
