AKD Biss-C feedback compatibility.

Hi, Kollmorgen team

I'm planning to use AKD and Zettlex Biss-C feedback sensor together.

WorkBench shows  Biss-C renishaw on the feedback selection screen. Is it compatible only with Renishaw's BISS-C sensor?

I am wondering if it is compatible with the Biss-C sensor manufactured by Zettlex.

Please check the compatibility of the protocol, I attached protocol manual of Zettlex.

It is hard to determine if a BiSS-C encoder is compatible with the AKD, there is no real standard for the BiSS protocol.  Based on a previous SFDC case, I found it looks like it might work.    I recommend you try connecting it to an AKD drive to see if it is compatible.  Its setup will be similar to the Biss-C Renishaw
