A S600 Servo Drive with 8.8.8 on the Display on bootup

If an S600 series drive locks up while downloading firmware or the PLC Macro program, or if it boots up with an 8.8.8 on the display. Hold the two arrow buttons below the drive's display and cycle the drive’s +24 volt logic voltage. Continue holding the two buttons for a few minutes after the drive has powered up. This should unlock the drive, allowing the user to download firmware to it.

If firmware was being downloaded to the S600 servo drive, it is important to determine if the version of firmware is compatible with the hardware.
