Export Classification

Applicable for ServoStar drives S300, S400, S600, S700

The firmware installed in the servo amplifier defines the export classification of the device (No 3A225 of Appendix I of (EG) No. 428/2009). Servo amplifiers, which are not affected by the Dual Use directive, include a limitative firmware (frequency range below 600 Hz). This firmware ist signed with the extension "_ND0". Export controlled firmware cannot be uploaded to non export controlled amplifiers, see also Warnings and Fault Messages, message"DUF". 
All servo amplifiers with firmware, which does not show the extension "_ND0", are export controlled.
